- 20 North Laurel Street, Suite 2B Hazleton, PA
- 599 East 7th Street, Suite 1 Bloomsburg, PA
- 67-69 Public Square, Suite 508 Wilkes-Barre, PA
These clinics offer free, comprehensive STI examinations completed by our Nurse Practitioner. We offer free screening and testing for HIV, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphilis, and Hepatitis C, as well as tests for Trichomoniasis (Trich) and yeast infections. We also provide paid services including tests for Herpes 1 & 2 ($40) and HIV labs and treatment.
Our clinics can provide treatment for some STIs, including Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphilis, and Trichomoniasis. They also give out free condoms, information, and resource materials. For persons living with HIV who are part of our Medical Case Managements services, our clinics can run CD4 and HIV Viral Load labs, as well as prescribe HIV treatment. Those seeking HIV treatment should first contact our Medical Case Management department for an intake at 570-829-2700.
Our clinics also offer Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) services to help individuals who want another way to protect themselves from HIV infection. PrEP is a daily pill, Truvada or Descovy, that reduces the risk of acquiring HIV if exposed. For more information about our PrEP services, please click here. Private pay and most major insurances are accepted for this service. If you are uninsured and interested in PrEP, please call the clinic and we may be able to assist you.
Our agency also offers free HIV case management services to individuals with HIV or AIDS in Northeastern and North Central Pennsylvania. Case Managers can arrange to meet you at one of our clinics to receive HIV treatment and/or labs. The case management department can also assist eligible clients in finding resources to pay for their HIV related medical care and medications. For more information, please contact our case management office at 570-829-2700 or email@example.com.
