Our health & wellness centers accept walk-in patients for STI and HIV assessments. We highly recommend making an appointment to ensure you can be seen on your chosen day.

Dr. Jeffrey Kirchner

Jeffrey T. Kirchner, DO, FAAFP, AAHIVS

 

Dr. Kirchner is a  graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Residency in Family Medicine at Abington (PA) Memorial Hospital.  He formerly served as Medical Director of Comprehensive Care, the HIV Clinical Program at Penn Medicine / Lancaster General Health Program and as Chief Medical Officer for the American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHIVM).  He is board-certified in both Family Medicine (ABFM), and as an HIV Specialist by AAHIVM and has been providing care for persons living with HIV/AIDS since 1989.  

Caring Communities is a non-profit, tax exempt charitable organization that provides confidential HIV/STI assessment and case management services to a 12-county service area throughout Northeast and North Central Pennsylvania.
